1. To enter,
complete and return this Official Entry Form. All entries
must be received by August 30, 2008. Mechanically
reproduced entries will not be accepted. You may also obtain
an official entry form by writing to Strong Construction Services, Inc.,
13738 Little Harbor Ct., Jacksonville, FL 32225. 2. Grand Prize : $3,000 Kitchen or Bathroom Update/Makeover
(est. retail value $3,000). Refacing of winner's home kitchen or bathroom cabinets (limit 10 lineal feet) according to design
and specifications of sponsor's designer, existing kitchen appliances will be used and painting and flooring not
included; . First Prize:
Choice of Closet Organizer or Gutter Guards (est. retail value $1,000)(limit 25 lineal feet on gutter guards and
25 sq. ft. of closet organizer). Second
Prize (1): Three replacement double-hung or sliding window (maximum size up to 800 UI - est. retail value $1,000).
All prizes include installation. This
sweepstakes consists of several separate thematic
presentations. Winners will be selected in a random drawing
from among all entries received from all presentations.
Drawing will be conducted by Strong Construction Services, Inc. Odds of
winning are dependent upon the number of entries received.
No purchase or in-home product demonstration required to
win. Winners will be notified by phone. Limit one prize to
an individual or household. Prizes are nontransferable and
no substitutions are allowed. Sponsor assumes no
responsibility or liability for damages, losses or injury
resulting from acceptance or use of any prize. Taxes, if
any, are the responsibility of the individual winners.
Winners must take delivery of prize within 6 months of being
notified by the distributor. Winners may be required to verify
address or execute an affidavit of eligibility and release
within 14 days of notification attempt or prize will be
forfeited and an alternate winner selected. Entry
constitutes (1) permission to use winners' names and
likenesses for promotional purposes without further
compensation except where prohibited by law, and (2)
permission to be called for advertising purposes. No
responsibility is assumed for lost, misdirected, illegible
or late entries or mail. 3. Sweepstakes open to residents of
Northeastern Florida within our operating
area, 18 years of age or older as of
8/1/2007, except employees of Strong Construction Services, Inc. and their
families. This offer is void wherever prohibited, and is
subject to all federal, state and local laws.
4.By participating in the promotion, participants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Strong Construction
Services Inc.,
their affiliates, co-branded partners, subsidiaries, retailer, agencies and their respective officers, directors,
employees and agents, from any damages which may arise out of participation in the promotion in any way or out of
the acceptance, use, misuse or possession of a prize.
